This catalogue has no user accounts, no online shop and no contact forms of its own. We only process personal data in the following cases:

• When you email or call us to request information or a quote: the data you provide (name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry).
• When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address and any other data requested in the subscription form.
• When you browse the website: the server technically records your IP address and the pages requested, solely to keep the site secure and working properly.

• Answering your enquiries and preparing quotes: the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Sending you our newsletter with news, projects and launches from Amusement Logic: the legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI-CE), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
• Website security: our legitimate interest in protecting the website against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions based on your data.

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. To manage the newsletter we use the Easymailing platform, which acts as a data processor on behalf of Amusement Logic, with the safeguards of Article 28 GDPR. The Easymailing subscription form uses Google's reCAPTCHA anti-spam service to prevent automated sign-ups; you can find out how Google processes that data in its privacy policy.

• Enquiries and quotes: for as long as needed to handle them and, if a business relationship follows, for the applicable legal periods.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
• Technical server logs: for a limited period, for security purposes only.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@amusementlogic.es or by post to our address, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the supervisory authority of your country.

This website is intended for professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
