Water slides are hugely popular in water parks and leisure pools, giving guests hours of fun.

The compact hydrotube slide is made up of prefabricated glass-fibre reinforced polyester (GRP) sections, bolted and sealed together, according to the engineering calculations and drawings produced by our specialists.

Components supplied

• Slide flumes
• Entry tray with a non-slip safety finish where required, designed for easy connection to the PVC water supply pipework
• Flanges precision-drilled in the factory
• Crossbar (or handrail) to help riders start sliding
• Special sealant for the joints
• M10 A2 stainless steel nuts and bolts

Sections made using LRTM (light resin transfer moulding) have a smooth, glossy outer finish. Special sections (entry and exit pieces, guards and run-outs) are made from hand-laid fibreglass.
